Status offenses and progressive annual data reporting.

NCJJ has added a new topic to the status offense area of the JJGPS addressing progressive data.  The goal of the topic is to highlight progress toward transparency and knowledge concerning how states handle the non-criminal behavior of youth that is an issue by virtue of age alone.
