The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Office of Justice Programs completed an assessment in 2012 for the state. Data was assessed for 2006 to 2010 for African American, Hispanic, Asian, and American Indian youth. Decision points assessed included arrest, detention, petition, delinquent finding, probation, confinement, and transfer to adult court. Research methods included descriptive statistics.
