The Oregon Commission on Children and Families completed an assessment in 2012 for the whole state and several local jurisdictions. Data was assessed from 2008 to 2011 for African American, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, and all minority youth. Decision points assessed included referral, diversion, detention, petition, delinquent finding, probation, confinement, and transfer to adult court. Research methods included multivariate analysis.
